Meet Our Trainers
Andrea founded Islamorada Fitness in 2012.
In 2017 after expanding to a larger location the FNX Club 24/7 Gym was founded. Her personality, style and voice have guided her to become a big influence in health and fitness in the Upper Florida Keys.
Andrea believes in the powerful connection between body, mind, and soul. For the past 9 years she has been on mission to motivate her clients to lead a healthy lifestyle through fun and unique workouts as well as nutrition guidance.
Having excelled in the personal training and fitness industry for over 10 years, Andrea has been the sole proprietor of her own Wellness Center company, “Islamorada Fitness” now expanded into a bigger facility, known locally as the FNX Club 24/7 Gym. Andrea trains clients online across the country from NY to California and around the world.

- Custom building Physical Education and Nutrition Program for Schools
- Leading Paddleboard Fitness Classes with Otherside Boardsports (full moon paddle class among other ones)
- Creating and Designing here proprietary “FNX Reboot” – a 7 Week Shred Bootcamp

- Offering Resort Yoga Programs
- Offering Resort Fitness Programs (weight training, aqua fitness & private yoga group class)
She is currently in the process of developing a manual outlining holistic, bioenergetic and physical techniques to achieve self-balance. Today, Andrea’s business includes private training, small group training, couples training, and teaching expert level fitness classes (TRX, paddleboard fitness, boot-camps utilizing the ”after burn effect”)
Her personal training methods have evolved to include a unique combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports specific drills, and yoga fitness.
Meet Patrick
Meet Patrick Solomon our newest personal Trainer. Patrick is certified by International Sports Science Association and has been training others for over 10 years. Born and raised in Bayville, NJ at the age of 18 joined the United States Marine Corps. Where he served time in the Honor Guard in Washington D.C., following his time there was deployed to Afghanistan in 2014. After getting out of the Marine Corps in 2015 he found himself bouncing from place to place really trying to find a new home, during this time the realization came that the gym and working out was his home away from home. No matter where he was located he found it was some where that was always the most positive outlet. Patrick Moved to the Florida Keys in 2018 and let’s just say it looks like he finally found “home base.” The longer he’s been here the urge to train others has grown. Finally taking action Patrick is looking to train anyone no matter they’re Age, Height, Weight or ability. Creating a personal workout plan to achieve each persons specific goals and also teach others that anything is possible.
